Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
El Dinero Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is confirmed lost, please contact us so we can assist.
Refund and Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Items must be returned in original packaging
Certain items such as final sale items, clearance items, or promotional items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
